(August 21, 2019, 12:24 am)I moved here from another state. These apartments exceeded my expectations. If I need something fixed they handle it ASAP. I like that I can pay my rent online. There’s also a free fitness center and pool. I don’t have roach problems never saw one. My neighbors are quiet. During the day the parking lot is empty because everybody is at work. In the evening people are walking around working out. Nobody is hanging out. Apartments are surrounded by stores and not far from memorial mall and Katy. The only reason I gave a 4 star is because at night it you come in 8pm or later good luck finding a parking spot. I don’t mind walking. But they had some car break ins recently so I like to park close to my apartment building if I get in late. Either than that nice apartments
(May 28, 2019, 11:03 pm)I am going on my second year and I must say that I have not had any issues so far it's quiet and Serene I must say I do agree with some of the people about the pricing being well for such big spaces one thing that I do want to give my opinion on is that you guys should look into getting energy saving windows that can help with keeping out the heat even though I keep curtains up the unit is still pretty hot in the late afternoons and we have not really gotten into the full swing of summer yet
(November 20, 2018, 2:49 pm)My husband and I have been living here for almost two years. It has been great. The staff goes above and beyond to fix any issues that we have ASAP. These are the most afforable apartments in the energy corridor area. We have not had any issues with crime we feel completely safe here. Our only reason for not renewing our lease is due to location and wanting a more updated apartment. Leo, Helen and Sue have been fantastic to us we will miss them!
