Owner/manager not sure came out immediately and resolved the issue. You shouldn't lower ratings because of issues that might happen but if they don't resolve which this store did immediately. “The young lady at the Houston store on Clear Lake City Blvd by the HEB was super helpful moving the SIM card from my old iPhone 8 to the new iPhone 10 so that my phone would work. That’s the reason I went into the store, but there’s more. When I said I was going home to figure out how to move my contacts from gmail to my iPhone she offered to help make that happen. What took her 2 minutes would have taken me 10 times as long just researching the proper steps to take. I really appreciated her willingness to help and do it with a smile. I’ll be doing all of my cell phone business at the Clear Lake store from now on. Satisfied customer.”

“Randall's is my favorite food shopping store. Their card allows me to load electronic savings and coupons for items that we actually use. The website is so easy to navigate and I can choose between the weekly ad, e-coupons or rewards. There is also a monthly savings booklet to check out. The people who work there are friendly and helpful. The store is clean and laid out well. Produce is fresh and clean. Organics are found in every department. Bakery is wonderful. Bagels, rolls, pies or cakes are great. Give them a try.”
