Eric is awesome and has worked with my high risk pregnancy and helped to provide great care and relief for my pregnancy pains. I never have a wait in the lobby or any problems scheduling. They offer beginner and intermediate yoga classes, as well as beginner, and intermediate pole fitness classes. Yoga classes for strengthening your core and flexibility, as well as relaxation and stress relief. They also offer booty boot camp classes for tightening your glutes and focusing on shaping your booty. Pole classes for core, flexibility, full body strengthening and confidence boosting. So thankful there is finally a place in my area that offers these services!”
