“We were in last week and talked with Jose. He was wonderful. He was very courteous and answered all of our questions. We wanted to switch services and get 3 new phones and tv service, but the store's phone trade in software was down. I was really disappointed because it's rare to get the kind of help that Jose provided. We reluctantly have to go to another store because of the software issue.
