Lou Mautz Greenway

We are fortunate to live on a path along the Horsepen Creek waterway, and it reaches Heatherbank Dr across from the Greenway. We enjoy biking/walking/scootering or whatever to the "duck pond". Our 4 children really enjoy the ducks and the steep hills down to the grassy banks of the pond. They also love to feed the ducks but beware - if they know you have food, the ducks might "attack" the smaller children to get the food from them. Plenty of shade here and a clean place to enjoy exercising in the outdoors. If you want to drive here, it's best to park in one of the surrounding neighborhood cul-de-sacs - there are access points at all of them. There's no safe place to park along Heatherbank Dr.
