“While I don't exactly remember exactly when I first went to NW General Dentistry for a consultation/services, I believe that it was sometime between 2001 and 2002, I can say that the office staff has always been knowledgeable and friendly. They have always made it easy to schedule and/or change an appointments and have never charged for a scheduling mishap. If I have missed an appointment for whatever reason they have always called to let me that I missed a schedule appointment and worked with me to reschedule at a time that was convenient for me and/or a family member. While the staff has changed over the years the service that they provide has not. My entire family is a patient at the office in Copperfield and we have never had any problems. We know most of the staff by name and they know the names of each of my family members. While Dr. Vakil is the managing partner/owner of the business, if he is not available for some reason, any dentist that works out of his office has been able to take care of any issue that I was having. My lat visit was on Friday, August 10, 2018. I need to have a major procedure done so I was there 2-3 hours. The dental hygienist, Ms. Vicky, was extremely gentle, patient and made me feel at ease. She explained everything that she was about to do prior to doing it, and her attention to detail was excellent! If you are looking for a great dentist with a friendly office staff I strongly recommend giving NW General Dentistry a try!”
