“I have thoroughly enjoyed living here for the last 2 years and plan on being here for some time to come. I have always been treated better than fair by the leasing agents and managers. Kathy, our manager is the hardest working property manager in the business and if you show her a little respect and kindness she will always pull strings for you when she is able to. This is a great place to live and you wont find a cleaner, more updated apartment anywhere in the city for a lower price. Lakes at Cypreswood continues to have the nicest apartments you will find anywhere in Houston without stepping up to a true luxury level apartment which will cost you nearly $1100-$1200. Here you can find a one bedroom apartment starting in the low $900s. There are two pools on property that cleaned weekly and are BEAUTIFULL!! The residents common area is also open 24/7 and is not your normal resident common area. There is a full workout center as well as computer lab, and lots of different entertaining games to play as well as a number of large TVs. I could go on and on about the many reasons I enjoy living here but i recommend that you call to setup an appointment to view the property for yourself!!????????????”
