Fantastic and quick service. I needed heel taps, done in 5 mins for $5. Great deal and a pleasure to have it done while I waited. Other places make you come back to get the boots for this simple install, really nice that it was done while I waited.

My experience with employee Alejandra @ the Palmer Street location was so awesome. I’ve not experienced in these times of commotion an employee that took the time to answer questions, go above and beyond to help look for my shoe and just shared such kindness and compassion. It’s rare now a days. So to her employer…. You have a Rare Gem on your team. Keep her…she’s good for the business and the customers!!! 5 stars to Alejandra🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Customer service is excellent. I took a shoe in because the sole started flapping. They explained due to the age of the shoe, the glue was no longer effective. The shoe looked almost new when I went to pick it up. And the cost of the repair was was very reasonable.

Extremely grateful for their location, customer service, and timeliness of completing repair jobs. It’s pretty cool that they offer coupon/saving options on occasion as well. Perfect for the EADO area.
