When I had my foot reconstruction my leg swelled so tightly I thought I would have to get a new cast. Using her lymphatic drain method I lost inches of swelling in just a few minutes! I told Cindy I was going to get my wisdom teeth removed and she suggested doing lymphatic drain the night before. We did and let me tell you... I DID NOT SWELL. Normally people turn into chipmunks after that surgery. Not me! There are also times I ask for deep tissue massage, and she can do that too!
