Went out to the salvage area and the gentleman cutting everything up was very friendly and helped me get what I need. Didn't care that I was only buying $7 worth of scrap. I will say this will absolutely not be the last time I go. I will shop here as regularly as my wallet allows. “Very helpful staff, but understaffed. There was a long line even though it was late in the evening. There were 2 nice and friendly people working the counter but with as many customers there should have been more staff. Either way they moved the line as fast as possible and even though they couldn't help me they were knowable and friendly. I would go here again but I was only in the area picking someone up from the airport. I used to work at AutoZone so I know that these employees were better than most and more polite than any other AutoZone I've been in. It's not the safest part of town so I wouldn't what to work on my car in the parking lot at night, even if it's something as quick and easy as replacing a battery or wipers. Overall great experience!”

“I purchased this intake valve from a local supplier in an attempt to fix a broken dishwasher. When I went to replace I found the wires to the connector were cut right butt up to the connector, making it impossible to reattach then connect. An electrician friend recommended GVA for having had good experiences there. Likewise for me! The owner took apart that connector into 6 or more pieces... the part was no more than a 1/4 inch. i was amazed. anyway - he put it all back together and most graciously gifted me that fix!
