From the top to the bottom your staff has been wonderful. Always courteous and professional. My first conversation was with Aide and she was absolutely very friendly, professional and extremely helpful on the phone. Then the day of my appointment I met a lady with a unique name I can’t remember, she checked my blood pressure and she was very nice. I also met William and he was nice and informative about the testing I needed. He made me feel comfortable with the process so I was able to get over the initial weirdness of it all. “I have been coming to get my piercings here since I was 21 so 13 yrs, I have never had any problems. Staff is always friendly and helpful. In November my daughter turned 14 and had been wanting a piercing for over a year but a few times we showed up to late so she had just been waiting. A friend offered to take her to their person and she refused stating that only Mike would be piercing her. I guess years of going to him with me she only felt comfortable having him do her piercing. We finally got it done last week and she loves it and can't wait to get her next piercing from Mike. This Sunday will be my first tattoo with Mike and I'm super excited.
