“I've worked for mission which is now Kenan for 2 years, not sure what the bad reviews are about, there's enough work, the issues I've had with payroll was taken care of and that only happened when switching pay scales over to the new company, trucks are all in good shape, mechanics on duty to fix issues, the company won't let you work past 14 hours a day or 70 a week, so I'm not sure why that other guy is lying in his review, this company is all about safety and making sure you're not speeding or going past your hours, they've also been flexible with me taking days off... I've had issues with dispatch but that's with every company, some are better than others, but i still get my loads no matter who is on duty...”

“Great place. My car sounded like a helicopter and had been getting worse. Went to drop someone at hobby and was passing by when I decided to stop by and get it checked out. Before going to this place I went to meineke at belfort and kirkwood and they told me that my flex pipe had some holes and they don't come by themselves and need to replace the whole thing (with catalytic convertor) costs $800. They also charged me $50 diagnostic fee. I stopped at new star and was told that they don't charge for diagnostics and told me that they can put in just the flex pipe by cutting it out and then weld it for $170. They did that in an hour and now my car has no noise. Awesome Job!! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get work done on their mufflers.”
