“This location is off-airport but literally a four minute shuttle ride to their facility. Despite the other reviews I have read, the staff were very friendly and got me in the car and on my way in a matter of five minutes...and with a bottle of water to boot. The car was clean and waiting at the front door after I checked in. The return process was seamless but a little crazy as they direct you to lines of other cars recently returned. This location clearly rents a LOT of cars! The shuttle stop to return to the airport is nearby and the shuttles constantly run. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely rent from Alamo at Hobby again in the future.”
