Unwind meditation studio is the best meditation studio in Houston! Great for beginners, intermediate and experts alike. They offer more than most yoga studios and meditation studios—something that everyone can benefit from. Awesome services like soundbaths as well. Highly recommend this studio to anyone in the Houston area. I have been doing mindfulness and Transcendsntal meditation & Vedic meditation for years—learned a lot from Laurie and this studio!
