  I brought my daughter here a few months ago. It was a great experience. The first nurse was not too friendly but all the other ones were so kind! My daughter was scared of getting an IV but afterwards she told me she had a MUCH better experience than other Hospitals. My daughter was very shaky so the nurses got some warm blankets! The doctors were friendly and clear on the issue and transferring to another hospital was easier than expected. I hopefully don't have to come here again but if I need to this will be my first choice.

  I have been coming here several times with different issues and each time services were prompt, technician showed up quickly for vitals, followed by a nurse taking appropriate samples, get x-ray or scan as needed, and waiting for test results to come back and the doctor show up with results and recommendations. I had been in a few ERs and to me this is the better one I ‘ve ever known. Reading the one star reviews above I feel obligated to share my experience about this location.

  There are a lot of one-star reviews from people who don't seem to realize an Emergency Room is not an Urgent Care clinic. They disclose this upon check-in and with big flyers on the desk.
  
  That said, my experience here was superb. Greeted by a very friendly woman for check-in and started by a nurse in less than two minutes. I was seen by a doctor in under five.
  
  Dr. Allen was very sympathetic, explained well, and helped me feel at ease -- as did all of the friendly, helpful nurses. Yes, they were joking about something mundane briefly when they first walked in together. But I was not in crying pain or even moderate pain. I would presume they would be assertive immediately from the get-go if your situation were more serious.
  
  This is a great, easily accessible location open 24 hours.
  
  Yes, an ER is more expensive than an urgent care. There's no denying it. But it's important you know your insurance, know your coverage, and know your options.
