Today went too buy all the things to do a tune-up on my truck and an oil change I stood in line 20 minutes before someone took my order. I was very disappointed it was more than 25 people in line waiting too order thier parts for vehicle. One of the guy made a statement of all days of the week only a SUNDAY have three employees ONLY taking orders and one cashier on duty. I'm a regular here for over 30, years but I never did like coming here on the WEEKEND because of this situation only . I am pretty sure that AutoZone management can do much much better . My concept due to the fact there's no competition in area at least two mile away and company does not really care .”

“Japan Auto Engine does GREAT work. The owner Shawn was both personable and professional and I could not be more pleased with the quality of the work performed and service that I received. Shawn invited me to visit his shop before taking my vehicle for an engine replacement, which I did. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility as well as how knowledgeable he was about the proposed task. I was given a written estimate and a proposed schedule of completion (to replace the engine in my 2012 Nissan Murano after it overheated and blew the head gaskets), which both came pass as stated - actually my final cost was a bit below the estimate.
