“Shanelle was awesome! I started the application online the night before to reserve a unit but did not complete the payment portion. I like to do that in person. I showed up early at 9:15 they don't open until 9:30 so I went to Dollar tree across the street. As I was headed back I got a call from her at 9:33 and she asked if I need help completing the application for the Unit rental. I told her I would be there in 2 mins which I was. The whole process was smooth and seamless. She showed me the unit and we were done within 5 to 10 mins! Also kudos to her for checking in with me as soon as they opened! Talk about Great customer service! To whoever is in charge She NEEDS A RAISE!!! Thank you Shanelle!”
