  I have been to several RediClinics and have had a great experience at all of them! The Kingwood location was clean, quiet (even on a Saturday afternoon) and very helpful. Making an appointment online is wonderful and you walk in and out. The front desk and the practitioner were both polite, friendly and very helpful and understanding. They were able to answer all my questions and I was feeling better in no time! I highly recommend this clinic for any of your "urgent care" medical needs.

  We came last Monday Jan 28th because my son was showing flu symptoms. All I can say is I love how they’re convenient, helpful and thorough. Upon check in Marisela helped ease up the process of filling up paperwork’s and considering my sick son doesn’t have much patience to wait, both her and Maxi helped us get through the process smoothly. Once called in the room the Nurse Practitioner on duty, Joy, made it easier for my son to explain how he feels and what’s hurting. They assured him that he will be okay and that they will help him feel better. Joy was very attentive, thorough and was able to explain to my teenager what’s going on and what he needs to do in order for him to feel better soon. They’re awesome!

  Was helped immediately no long wait like at the doctor, was double checked for flu. Great staff and customer service.

  Martha was very polite and knowledgeable. Even though I came in for a spider bite, she still educated me about my BMI which showed holistic care. I'd definitely be back in the future!
