“I have visited this location 4 times a year for 2 years. Always seem to get the same happy, helpful, skilled young woman. I time my visits so that they will not be too busy. Today I waited 4 minutes. Same young lady as usual. In and out in less than 12 minutes with a masked smile! My family goes there too and have not had problems.”

“I had knee surgery in August. The anesthesiologist was awesome. I have a few limitations because of a rod in my spine and a VERY low tolerance to drugs and anesthesia and she was very attentive to my needs and I woke up from surgery without feeling clouded for a week as has happened in the past..HOWEVER, trying to get needed paperwork from their billing office has been completely and utterly frustrating. I've called and left repeated messages at literally every extension over the past 6 weeks and as of today I found their website and will attempt to contact them that way. Its been 2 full months. Getting a SIMPLE receipt with CPT codes on it should not take this long. Its not like we have a choice when we have surgery as to who will be the group to provide these services but maybe if you know ahead of time that it is going to be difficult you can plan ahead. EDIT: Interestingly, shortly after posting this I got a return phone call and the sweetest person (Danielle) confirmed my info and sent the needed docs within 2 minutes. Alls well that ends well.”

The wait times are great compared to Walgreens or CVS, and you have a great place to shop if you do have to wait a few minutes. “I have been to several RediClinics and have had a great experience at all of them! The Kingwood location was clean, quiet (even on a Saturday afternoon) and very helpful. Making an appointment online is wonderful and you walk in and out. The front desk and the practitioner were both polite, friendly and very helpful and understanding. “I love HEB and love the people at the pharmacy but their phone or pharmacy alert system for refills is horrible. They call you and leave a message that leaves the main store number that when you call, tells you to hang up and call the pharmacy number. Then you call and the person in pharmacy answers the phone and ask if you will hold, trouble is they never come back to your call. Prior pharmacy had a very good text system, they would text ask you to press Y to refill N not to refill. After you press Y then a few hours later you would receive text that ready for pickup. How hard is that. If I miss the pharmacy call I have to swing by and tell them to refill and then make a trip back to pick up. Everything else at HEB is on the cutting edge please bring the pharmacy notification system up to speed.”
