(March 13, 2020, 9:14 pm)I received a call back to schedule within an hour of request, and they had immediate openings. Technician called before arriving and came during allotted time. He was very friendly. Explained what he was doing and why. And then shared the bad news of a leak in my evaporator coil. But worked with me to get a fantastic price. Very pleased with his work. And thankful that I got a great deal!! Would definitely recommend!!
(February 8, 2020, 5:03 pm)Great company. Set an appointment time and the tech showed up 5 minutes early and got to work. We had issues with hot spots and improper cooling around the house. They came in and redesigned all of my ducting and now it looks great in the attic and the temp throughout the entire house is exactly the same
(January 15, 2020, 12:07 pm)Sherrell AC and Heating contacted me within minutes of submitting my Home Warranty service request. They scheduled a same day appointment on a Friday! Daniel arrived and was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly determined my issue and let me know what work and parts was needed. He had to order the parts, so he returned first thing Monday to finish the work. I know I would soon need to replace my 16 year old system, so Daniel gave me a lot of information about that process without me feeling like he was just trying to sale me. I'm glad this was the company that my home warranty sent, as I was very skeptical. But Daniel was awesome and put my worries at ease!!!
