“Jerry is AMAZING!!! I had a bat colony that chose to use the wall of my sons room as their new home! They were accessing it from a small hole in the siding!!! Of course I discovered this at 1 AM when I chose to knock on the wall after I thought I heard scratching! I immediately got online to start finding someone to help me! I used an app called thumbtack and Jerry messaged me back in the middle of the night and promised to be at my house the next morning! He absolutely was there the next morning as promised and put me at ease with the whole process of the removal. He did not harm any of the bats and was beyond professional! He checked in with me through each part of his process and answered any questions I had. As a momma there is nothing more terrifying than finding possibly rabid rodents living in your home, I mean that’s the stuff nightmares are made of! Jerry was totally understanding and reacted quickly! I now use Jerry for my regular pest control and he ensured no more critters can enter my house. If you have any kind of pest or rodent Jerry is the man you want on your side!”
