“This is a very good place to better yourself but at the residential care unit staff has been abusive of authority specially a member of the staff known as Ms.Betty and somehow grievances go unanswered or even not addressed in my opinion. Other than that excellent service but allowing staff to talk nonsense to residents because they "Don't put chirren in grown folk business" "Don't make no sense." Cause she "don't negotiate with chirren"”
