“I first called the 1800 number and spoke to a lady that was very helpful with assisting me to get the reservation. She told me that someone from the actual storage place will call me soon to confirm. I wasn’t even off the phone and Kim from the location was already calling me on my other line. Wow! That’s customer service. I went down to the storage location and Kim was so amazing. She was very friendly and courteous. She walked me through the entire process and made it easy/simple. She took me to go see the unit so I can make sure it was what I needed. The storage unit, place and grounds was so clean. She was open to questions and offered us supplies or equipment to help us. She made it quite clear that if we needed anything to let her know. I appreciate Kim, her helpfulness and taking the time with me. She definitely makes this storage place special.”
