“The Estates At Memorial Heights Apartments are located in a nice spot near downtown, next to the Buffalo Bayou, and close to Katy Freeway. My wife and I have had a good experience over the last three years at this complex. Maintenance responds quickly, the units are clean and we love living near the heart of Houston. However, I'm writing review because a couple of months ago, a contractor installing internet fiber in our apartment stepped on a pipe and flooded out our unit to no fault of the Estates. I want people to know that the apartment management was exceptional in their response. The entire weekend was such a chaotic time for my family, but Eric and the other mangers saw that we were quickly moved to another unit. Eric in particular brought us boxes and bins, and made sure we were OK multiple times. I felt like management really cared about our situation and that went a long way since we were going through a rough couple of days. I recommend checking out the Estates!”
