“No facility is perfect. This is a facility that actually tries. The MDS department hold meeting to discuss plan of care which is very helpful. It gives family members a chance to meet the interdisciplinary team and go over any question/concerns. The floor staff is helpful and they are always doing reeducation for staff when anything is missed. I would recommend this facility to my loved ones.”
