(October 27, 2018, 3:42 pm)I found this place by accident. A pleasant jewel in the inner city. You don’t have to leave the city to see some green and enjoy the outdoors. I love this place. Just bring mosquito repellent after the rains. This may have been my first visit but it definitely won't be my last.

(April 17, 2016, 10:50 pm)Japhet Creek Park is a nice hidden gem in East End Houston. There is a nice walking trail that winds through a wooded area and along Japhet Creek. If you're in the area this park is definitely worth a stop.
