“I call cause I had an issue with my data and I just paid my bill yesterday.. i watched two episode of supernatural in on Netflix. I got back on and 10 min later I get a message stating i had no more data... the help I received was beyond any help at any place. They helped me with a new and better plan and a few buck cheaper.. this location I give 10 stars but I can on rate a 5.. i didn't get the name of the gentlemen who help me but anyone shoes them this or u guys trying to see who helped. I'm the customer who called his wife to confirm the actions to change out plan and a few features I never really use.. yall are good people and I recommend this place over the my metro pcs in bear creek... oh this was all done over the phone.. the best help I can say I ever got any place I've done business with. “I was highly impressed with the level of integrity and character exemplified by Kevin and the owner (I didn’t catch his name). As a veteran operator and currently a medical sales professional of twenty (29) years, integrity is an ethos. After being approved for a line of credit, I ran into a financing issue. There was a documentation mistake on the software vendor’s side that restricted my purchasing. Both men stopped what they were doing, contacted the financing vendor, and had the problem fixed after speaking with three different representatives on the phone. Kevin could have very easily hustled me but he stood on his principles which is rarely displayed these days, especially in consumer sales. I’ve been to a lot of shops looking for honesty and integrity. You can find name brand product and merchandise for anything you want to buy anywhere anytime but you will not find integrity. This is my goto shop for life. #keepit100”
