The instant we walked into the door, he greeted us and very politely and warmly. He then showed me through the entire process of how to select my perfect mattress — and it really worked! But although I found my perfect mattress, I went ahead and asked for one that was more in my price-range. He did not change his attitude one bit, and he kept being very warm towards us. Luckily, I finally found the mattress I was looking for, albeit in a lower price-range. And throughout the purchasing process, and even up to the door (he had opened the door for us) Sydney kept his kind, pleasant nature.
