“Initially had an issue with the front desk staff being somewhat angry and rude when I wanted to try and modify an existing reservation. Well the rest of the staff was simply phenomenal. The staff member who showed me to my car immediately upgraded me and then one of their managers, Brandon B, insisted on compensating me for the poor customer service. I didn't ask for anything, they insisted to ensure I was satisfied. Well, I'm definitely satisfied. It is clear that the management team at this location takes customer satisfaction and loyalty VERY seriously. Could not recommend this location, and Enterprise in general, more!!”

“When I picked up my rental, I noticed that one of the tire pressures were low. This was after I had already left the lot, so I called customer service. They said that I can either add air myself, or bring the car back and exchange. Due to time constraints, I opted just to add air myself. It was a mistake to not go back and exchange the vehicle. I had to add air everyday. There was a slow leak, probably the valve stem. I am hoping that they fixed this before sending the vehicle out into their fleet.”

“I'm used to working with enterprise and other car rental companies because of how much I travel. This was my first time with advantage, and it was a great experience. No drama, no hassle, and simple. The only thing I didn't like was having to inspect for dents and scratches myself and then turn in the paper before I leave, but it only added a few minutes to the process. I wasn't in a hurry so it didn't matter.”

“I had such a great experience this week at this location. I had an issue with my credit card (my magnetic strip was not working) and I was told that I wouldn't be able to rent a vehicle if the strip wouldn't work. That's when Defondra stepped in, she went out of her way to make sure that I was able to link my Hertz gold account to my reservation but also ensured that I was able to get into my reservation and get going. “Very efficient facility, after taking the shuttle at the arrivals area, getting to this building is easy and finding your car rental company is a breeze. You don't have to walk long distances with all your luggage and from the counter to the spot where you pick your car is not too bad. Getting back to to the building when you return your car is a bit longer than necessary due to the layout of the roads, but is not extremely bad”

“Alec and his staff were phenomenal! When the car I wanted was whisked away by another customer, they searched their lot and car wash until they found me another. Alec even recommended a couple of good restraunts to check out while in town. This is the best service I have received at any rental site other than my hometown where they know me.
