“So this happened to my mom but I had to share since she’s not technologically inclined and it had to be shared. She went here and was looking at a swinging bench. She was driving an suv and they didn’t have a unit in a box and was worried because it was the last one they had but really wanted it. During the conversation with the cashier another associate over heard and was just about to clock out and go home. Well he asked where she lived and offered to deliver the bench. Needless to say my mom bought it and he helped her get it home. This is the most important part.... after he dropped it off she tried to thank him. She said his response was “ NO, THANK YOU BECAUSE WITHOUT CUSTOMERS I WOULDN’T HAVE A JOB”. I mean just give this guy a direct route to management. Can’t go wrong shopping at a place with employees that have this level of customer service. Thank you JEDS for the amazing experience you gave my mom.”
