In recent years with an online purchasing and the ability to find good deals shopping online. My business is gone elsewhere. However around the Christmas holidays I was going away with a customer service. Because they do not carry their employees and sales commission they are not motivated to sell you anything that you might need. I came in looking for an Apple product. And the sales person actually got me on a computer and find me a better deal. So while Best Buy Could not match or beat at the headers price on this particular they will still be my go to electronic store because of their knowledge and they price match.”
