Their lead parts puller (early 60’s, spoke mostly Spanish) left a very positive, lasting impression on me. He carefully pulled all parts so as not to break even the tiniest plastic clip, and properly stored all parts which I wasn’t buying in a manner which protected said parts for future clients. A technician providing this level of care towards the client (and of course his own supervisor/the business owner, Felix) spoke volumes to me about the morale of the business as a whole.
