I like that this orthopedic group takes X-rays before the doctor see you. It doesn’t slow down the process much and enables the doctors to listen to why I’m there and the look at the X-rays. I felt very comfortable with Dr Luo and he was very forthcoming about various treatment options. I liked that he came in with a brochure to tell me more about what my diagnosis was.

Dr Lou is amazing! Super professional. He’s very friendly and very attentive to his patients. I had an concern that occurred over the Christmas holidays requiring me to call the doctor on call. Dr Lou called me right away. Addressed my concern and made time for me the following day. He saw me between surgeries. His entire staff is great. Very time efficient and their communication is top notch. I highly recommend Dr Lou!

My experience with Dr. Randy Luo was fine. Waiting time was a little longer than expected, but the overall service was just great and fast. It did feel like Dr. Lou was in a rush to help the next patient so I felt a little stressed to think of good questions to ask about my broken wrist.

Dr. Lou was well worth the wait. I love that they took X-rays first so he could actually see the problem. He was very thorough and I did not feel rushed. My hand feels SO much better!

I took my mom who is 84 years old to Dr Luo, yesterday. First time visit at this location. They took such good care of her and explained everything that she was going to have to be taken care of for. They gave her a cast and she was on her way. No pain, and no fuss. I would refer Dr Luo and the staff at his location to anyone. His staff is superior and very nice. The most important part was that the doctor was very specific so that my mom could understand everything in regular world language.
