I met them at the start of my search for a first home when I had no idea what I was looking for, what I could afford, what part of town I wanted to focus on, or even that there were different kinds of loans. Over the course of a few short months, Loren (very patiently and kindly) helped me figure it all out. We went to all kinds of showings whenever it was convenient for me, and he helped me prioritize what I actually wanted. I had a ton of questions about every part of the process, and Loren went above and beyond to answer each question - everything from "What kind of loan would I need for all these renovations?" to "How much does a decent stove cost?" to "Would I be able to get out of my current lease?" to "What does escrow mean?".
