“Moving out due to wanting to be closer to work. However, I would have stayed. You can't beat the rent here. I've lived here two years so I can do a pros and cons. Pros: Lots of grass for dogs, dog weight limit is not limited to 25lbs and under, great rent for being so close to 610, quick access to 610 highway and close to 288. quiet area for the most part, maintenance guys quick and nice, didn't flood during Harvey, washer/dryer in unit, apartment layout is nice. (Cypress floor plan). Nice balcony, dumpsters are close by. Gate opened sideways instead of swinging out. Easy to use code system for visitors. Cons: Thin walls. I couldn't hear my neighbors talking or their tvs, but could hear loud music and yelling from both the apartment above and below. Could smell smoke in my apartment from other apartments smoking. Parking can be hit or miss. Depending are where you are people don't pick up after their dogs or leash them. Other notes: As someone else said, not many kids here. Mostly working adults I see. The cons were mostly from my bad luck of having bad neighbors. I'd recommend not getting an apartment near the pool. I think the complex tried to restrict to just residents swimming, but it's a loud area when people inevitably bring friends. It's a no frills place but it's reflected in the fair rent.”

“I moved into this community about 4 weeks ago after having an incident at my old apartment. I absolutely LOVE it here! I have not dealt much with the office staff but when I have they have provided exceptional customer service. Jason Richards the property manager is absolutely the epitome of customer service. He always follows up after any maintenance requests I have put in and has even hand delivered some of my packages because of my work schedule. I could not ask for a better place to call my home.”
