“I have been a resident at the Verdir for 15 years. I chose the Verdir to be my home because the location was very convenient to everything I wished to have......employment, world class healthcare facilities, centers of higher education, shopping centers, restaurants, sports, arts and entertainment. More specifically, the Verdir apartments are very close to the Texas Medical Center, Hermann Park (which includes the Houston Zoo and Hermann Park golf course), Museum District and finally downtown Houston. Because of the above factors, my stay at the Verdir has been, and continues to be, an enjoyable and comfortable experience. The largest influence to my time here is the Verdir’s management team (JMG Realty). They have always treated me very well and when there are concerns, they continue to act responsibly and promptly to address them, whether the concerns are within my apartment or within the apartment community. “The Vue on MacGregor is probably the best option for student housing if you go to UH or TSU. The management staff and RA’s truly work hard to keep the Vue in top shape. Plus they do GPA discounts and scholarships, best student housing out! Of course, they’re problems at every apartment but with the friendly Vue employee’s everything works out.”

“It is not quite often that I follow up and write a review for anyone or anything since most do not stand out, they are just mediocre. This review is the only exception ever since I worked with Cynthia Smith from Renters Warehouse. From the start of this business venture with my parents, we had a dilemma since we owned three properties without any renters and did not know the procedures of finding quality renters. This is where from a simple phone call, Cynthia came to our assistance. From the first time we all met, we had an instant connection with Cynthia since she has a bright, charismatic personality and holds a high integrity unlike many others in this same industry.
