(March 20, 2019, 8:48 am)I worked with car salesman Joe Almendarez. I contacted him Friday. We did everything over the phone and electronically. I was approved before I walked in the doors of Auto Nation Saturday morning. My financial advisor Orlando was phenomenal. There was not a long wait time. However,l the few minutes I did wait, I ate some complimentary tacos. I’d like to add, my car is lovely. I appreciate everyone there. I’d definitely recommend with 10 stars.

Both my Rep.. very friendly, courteous, we laughed, talked, service time on point. Everything was explained to the letter, I went shopping while I was there, they checked on me. AutoNation is awesome. Thank you so much, I'll be back!!

My service advisor Jose C. was very helpful when explaining the work that was going to be done and the cost. He also kept me updated on the status of my car. He was even nice enough to refer me to an online coupon that saved me some money on my car maintenance. Overall, I appreciate his great customer service. I’ll definitely be back.

Took my '97 4runner in not knowing why it wasn't starting. From the beginning Felipe listened to my concerns as I explained the issue. He was very friendly and very quick to make sure I knew I would be taken care of.
After the diagnosis it ended up being the starter. Immediately, Felipe called to keep me up to date, making sure I understood the issue and how much it would be. ???? He made my experience simple and easy.
The whole service team was friendly and welcoming. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with smiling faces, one in particular named Carson.???? He helped me find the person I needed to talk to and helped me find my car after it was finished. All around great service team, would highly recommend to anyone.
????To top it off I got a call from the Service manager Anthony 2 days later, checking on me, making sure my vehicle was running smooth. Great experience! ????????Fantastic job!????
