“Very friendly, very helpful on numerous occasions! My daughters class ring was ordered, when it come in, it was incorrect and they were very prompt on making sure it was fixed and that it was done correctly. They even let her keep the original (of course on loan until her new gets here) so she would have it for senior pictures!! When trying to order her senior jacket, we went into the store and the lady was very helpful to show us how to fill the form out, showed us the jackets, patches, and even let her try it on so she would know the size when they came to the school to place the order since I wasn't going to be there. They have been very helpful with every inquiry that I've had and even went above and beyond to find a certain patch my daughter wanted.
