He was very friendly and very quick to make sure I knew I would be taken care of. After the diagnosis it ended up being the starter. Immediately, Felipe called to keep me up to date, making sure I understood the issue and how much it would be. ???? He made my experience simple and easy. The whole service team was friendly and welcoming. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with smiling faces, one in particular named Carson.???? He helped me find the person I needed to talk to and helped me find my car after it was finished. All around great service team, would highly recommend to anyone. ????To top it off I got a call from the Service manager Anthony 2 days later, checking on me, making sure my vehicle was running smooth.
