“What a great time for my A/C to go out - July 4th when everyone's out of town (but really - is there ever a GOOD time for your air to go out??). Put off calling anyone until late that night - just thought no one in their right mind would come out on a holiday. With my house registering 86 degrees and both dogs and one human panting, I finally called Donny with Matthews Air. Donny said it was no problem to come out; he'd be right over - and by this time it was almost 11:00 pm. He was at my house within 15 minutes, pinpointed the problem (the Vivint version of the Nest thermostat) almost immediately and within 15 minutes, I had air. He went out of his way to check the frion and pump while he was there even after though the problem for which I'd called him was solved. They do both commercial and residential jobs all over Houston. My only hesitancy in recommending him is that he'll be too busy to swing by the next time I'm in a fix! Besides being amazing at what he does, he's just a terrific person and more than fair price-wise. Can't recommend him highly enough.”

Since them I have called him twice with followup questions, neither of which were related to the quality of the installation. In each case Tom responded almost immediately and addressed my questions. A quality installation is obviously important, but having a roofing contractor who remains responsive after the initial install provides peace of mind that is difficult to overvalue.”
