In my case, I have a complicated pair of custom orthotic boots and I desparately needed a repair before an out of town trip (they are my only shoes). Nobody else would touch it. Zephan spent a lot of time with me exploring the options and got the whole thing done in two days, which completely surprised me in a good way. The end result looks good, works good, and I think it will be much more durable in the long run.”
