(August 19, 2020, 5:59 pm)Had an awesome 5-star experience with staff member Coby today! Popped into the office asking for help with some faulty trailer hitch wiring. My wife and I are on the road to move to Phoenix from NC. Coby immediately acknowledged me and addressed my issue right away. I honestly haven’t seen such prompt customer service in a long time. He was tenacious in figuring out the problem in the wiring and fixed/replaced the trailer wiring so quickly. He wasn’t afraid to crawl under the car and get dirty to do a good job. Car 100% fixed, and I’m 100% less anxious. Great job!

(July 23, 2020, 11:17 pm)I stopped by today because my vehicle had a malfunction that I thought was related to a break box I had installed at a different location years ago. The owner, Cody, took probably 20 minutes investigating the problem and
patiently teaching me how to rule out different potential causes. He didn't charge me a thing for his time. He earned my business whenever I am looking for a service that U-Haul can provide. Great experience overall.
