Not sure why people give this place such low ratings. This place is clean and the staff has been friendly to me. There are some things the kids can play with in the front, as well as a tv in the waiting area. I came to this place when I was at one of my lowest points and the staff helped me out. I can't thank them enough. I have been to a location that didn't seem to really care about the clients. This location does. Some person that reviewed this place says they only help Hispanic clients. Umm, no. The times I have been I have seen a few different races of people, all being helped. Sometimes the wait may be long, but I have never had to wait more than maybe 30 minutes. I understand that sometimes you will have to wait. As far as waiting on the phone to get an answer from the appointment line, y'all should try calling the Harris County Health System. Now THAT is a nightmare wait. The wait on the phone for the appointment line is nothing compared to that. Anyway, I do like this location. It is located right off 249 in a strip center.
