“This is one of the cleanest, nicest gyms (?) I've ever been in. We joined in October, it's now February. Each visit I've stepped into a clean, refreshing building. The ladies and universal dressing rooms are immaculate each visit. Circuit and weight room equipment is kept clean and organised as is the indoor pool area. Staff are visible, willing to assist as needed or requested. I've been very impressed with the number of visible staff during each visit. My husband is impressed with the quality and quantity of circuit room equipment. I visit the indoor pool often. I watch the lifeguards rotate through the stations. They appear to enjoy their jobs while watching the many seniors using the pool. There is a system in place to test children and teens to insure they can swim before getting into the pool. I've also seen them test the water quality in the pool and spa throughout the day. Having had memberships at various health clubs over the years I believe I'm getting a huge value at McWilliams YMCA. Although I haven't participated I know many classes are offered in cycling, yoga, water aerobics and many other interests all included in my monthly fee.”

I got my very first treatment with her a few weeks ago and the results are insane! I am BEYOND satisfied and will keep coming back for additional services. Let me just tell you a little bit about Alina Stephanie, she is a honest, no-nonsense lady!! If she feels like you are not a good candidate and won't get good results Alina will let you know! I appreciate this type of work ethic because it definitely gains my trust. Alina is also very professional, nice and has an amazing personality. “Not sure why people give this place such low ratings. This place is clean and the staff has been friendly to me. There are some things the kids can play with in the front, as well as a tv in the waiting area. I came to this place when I was at one of my lowest points and the staff helped me out. I can't thank them enough. I have been to a location that didn't seem to really care about the clients. This location does. Some person that reviewed this place says they only help Hispanic clients. Umm, no. The times I have been I have seen a few different races of people, all being helped. Sometimes the wait may be long, but I have never had to wait more than maybe 30 minutes. I understand that sometimes you will have to wait. As far as waiting on the phone to get an answer from the appointment line, y'all should try calling the Harris County Health System. Now THAT is a nightmare wait. The wait on the phone for the appointment line is nothing compared to that. Anyway, I do like this location. It is located right off 249 in a strip center.”
