“I had to take my Mom to the ATT store because her iPhone needs to be in a museum. They didn't have the phone update that she wanted but the customer service that we received was exemplary. I'm sorry I don't remember the salesman's name because he deserves a personal accolade but he was helpful, kind, patient, and skilled at describing all the technical aspects Mom wanted and needed to know. Even though this store is across town for me I'm tempted to return as my Samsung ages.”
