In the past couple months I have been searching for apartments. There has been many factors that I have been taking into consideration; one being the location and two, the willingness to solve issues and concerns that may affect my family and I. I am proud to say that Aero on upper Bay apartments have exceedingly met my standards and expectations. As I entered the office to ask about the property Jasmine, who is the Assistant did phenomenal with addressing all my questions and concerns that I had. She was confident and so kind when she greeted me as I entered the office. Her charisma about the property enhanced her service to curious clients as myself.

Although she seemed busy and I arrived a couple minutes before closing she so willingly offered to give me a tour of the property and pointed out the rich components that the property carries. I definitely recommend this location! Ms.Jasmine delivered it all at once for me to feel certain. She was a delight and communicates well which shows how aware she is about what she does. The units look renovated which give off a compelling environment to live in. This was just my first visit. I Highly recommend !

I've thoroughly enjoyed my experience thus far living at the Aero upper bay apartments. The apartments are beautiful. The staff in leasing and maintenance is fantastic. Both are attentive, friendly, and ensure concerns are dealt with immediately. I've lived in several apartment complexes in the area and have been blow away with the level of service I've received here. I think the Aero Upper Bay Apartments staff should be a model for customer service for all leasing communities. Additionally, the other residents living here are respectful and friendly. I have zero complaints and my experience has truly been 5 stars. Jury in the leasing office is great. She made my move-in process incredibly easy and was always there to answer questions and put me at ease. If you see an opening in Aero Upper Bay apartments, jump on it because apartments do lease really fast. It's one of the best places to live in the area.

As a future tenant, I have had such wonderful experiences with the management of the complex and their welcoming manner. The property is absolutely beautiful from the amenities to the units themselves. I always appreciate cleanliness and Aero absolutely delivered that; I cannot wait to live here and I’m utterly excited for my new home.
