“Greetings! In the past couple months I have been searching for apartments. There has been many factors that I have been taking into consideration; one being the location and two, the willingness to solve issues and concerns that may affect my family and I. I am proud to say that Aero on upper Bay apartments have exceedingly met my standards and expectations. As I entered the office to ask about the property Jasmine, who is the Assistant did phenomenal with addressing all my questions and concerns that I had. She was confident and so kind when she greeted me as I entered the office. Her charisma about the property enhanced her service to curious clients as myself. Although she seemed busy and I arrived a couple minutes before closing she so willingly offered to give me a tour of the property and pointed out the rich components that the property carries. I definitely recommend this location! Ms.Jasmine delivered it all at once for me to feel certain. She was a delight and communicates well which shows how aware she is about what she does. The units look renovated which give off a compelling environment to live in. This was just my first visit. I Highly recommend !”

There is a sense of vitality that comes from the numerous volunteer activities and the additional art and music events outside of the usual services. It is a place where you can make life-long friends.”

“My son has been attending St. Thomas for six months, and he just loves going to school! He was so bored in daycare, and we were so thrilled to get in at St. Thomas! Unlike daycare, they start their academic program in Pk-3, which really holds the students' attention. My son is enjoying learning age-appropriate lessons. The school is family-oriented and everyone knows my son's name. We plan on re-enrolling for Fall 2018.”

“One of my favorite best kept secrets. This little park has such gorgeous views at sunset! Playground for the kiddos, basketball court and tennis. Dog park for the fur babies. People fish here. There's ducks and turtles to see on the wood bridge. It's regularly patroled by local police so it is pretty safe. What's not to love?”
