This is only place we ever want to take our car and have recommended it to anyone who asks. They are in touch with you throughout the repair, and walk you through each step, decision, and cost. So there are no surprises. Plus, this approach means they respect you enough to involve you in the repair process. Finally, everyone working there has been nothing but kind every time I've visited. Excellent work and excellent service.
(October 2, 2019, 7:38 pm)Simply the best! This has been my garage for at least two years. The staff is absolutely amazing. This past visit was due to flooding during Imelda and they took care of me. From Ella helping me find a rental, when I had been on two waiting lists to Karolena who facilitated correspondences with the insurance company and myself. To the tech(s) and the owner doing the assessment s and diagnostics to literally EVERYONE in that shop who had my back. They are an amazing family, extended family and they treat their clients how they themselves want to be treated. Thank you for your exhausting efforts!!!! K.P.

(September 12, 2019, 5:59 pm)This is the only shop I will ever go to in Houston. When I first got my last car I took it in to have it looked at because I was worried about it being a salvaged vehicle and I know nothing about cars. Karolena actually got in the car and drove it around with me to make sure it ran okay. My newest vehicle actually turned out to have a lot of problems and when I came in I actually had to have it towed in off the freeway. I was so afraid and stressed out when I arrived but everyone I came into contact with were so nice. Someone actually gave me a hug. I bought a service smart check and the report was so thorough I actually have no anxiety that there are any hidden problems that I am not aware of. They took the time to explain everything to me and show me where on my car the problems were located. Even though they delivered bad news about my car, I have zero qualms about the shop at all. I don't have to worry about being ripped off here. I feel safe when I walk in the door and, again, knowing nothing about cars, that's an incredibly unique experience for me. I highly recommend this place to anyone who's looking to come here.
