“My seven year old son has sensory issues and dentist’s appointments are hard in general. Dr. James and his team are very considerate and always try to make our visit comfortable. I went in with my son yesterday for the extraction of his two baby teeth which were creating problems for his new adult teeth. My son was not in a good frame of mind and refused to co-operate. Dr. James handled the situation nicely and explained to me the different options. Ms. Yuliana was in-charge of getting my son prepped up for the procedure. She was kind, calm and very patient with my son. Ms. Yuliana spent one hour and 15 minutes with my son. She was able to gain his trust wherein he allowed her to wiggle his teeth out successfully. I was amazed and very grateful. Kudos to Dr. James for running a practice wherein the comfort of a patient is a priority. I live in Katy and never hesitate to make the 40 minutes’ drive.”
