(June 14, 2019, 12:54 am)I just moved in and it was it bit of a rocky start, but honestly the staff worked with me and understood my concerns. I really like my new apartment; it’s clean and well kept, though minor wear and tear. I live in a studio and it’s a bit small to my liking, but the price makes up for that. I’m really hoping they will work with me if I want to renew my lease, by not raising the price too high, but we shall see. I didn’t think I would feel safe here, but I do; it’s really quiet (besides the rush of freeway, which is constant) But hey, you can get on I-10 in a matter of seconds, and that’s cool. Getting on 6-10 takes more time. It takes me about 20 min to get to San Felipe and 6-10 when I leave at 8am. When there no traffic it can be less than 10 min which is also pretty cool. Great area if you want to be zoned for good schools too! Seriously. Overall 8/10

Everything was taken care of in a timely manner, staff was respectful, and employees care about the tenants. Tanya, the manager, is very attentive to whatever you need and Jailene is an awesome employee!
(May 13, 2019, 11:10 am)I have been living In the Legends of Memorial for the last 3 years and I must say they are the best apartments in Houston by far. From the customer service in the leasing office as well as the maintenance team to the residents. The apartments are located in a good area and I have never once had one issue with flooding which is an important factor for me when it comes to the area that I live in. Good for families and very well diverse I couldn't be more satisisfied.
